welcome to the
V Team Life.

The Dawning
of the Red Chair

This support — spanning everything from best-in-class benefits to leadership training and cultural connection — was so holistic as to lend itself to the concept of a Lifestyle. Hence, the V Team Life was born.

Authenticity drove our approach: what would Living the V Team Life mean for each and every V Teamer that we interviewed? What our team heard were incredible stories from real employees, tales of sponosored IVF and family planning through the company, mental health support, best friendships, and more.

The red chair made its debut in our Boston photo and videoshoot wherein real V Teamers were able to sit down in the very emblem of Verizon support. The opportunity for them to share their personalities from the chair spoke perfectly to how the company offers the stage for individuals to shine in their careers.

The refresh of the brand website, anthem video, and a global multichannel campaign helped launch the V Team Life into the market, and a robust organic social campaign followed. What we found was that the result of amplifying the authentic voices of real V Teamers was a campaign with so much depth and power that it garnered over 507 MM impressions within three weeks. A highly successful event season followed, and brand presence has been at an all time high.

What can we say — that’s life in the V Team Life.

In 2024, Verizon looked to BNO to further evolve their employer brand. Historically recognized as a telecomm and a network provider, the company sought to reestablish itself on the forefront of technology to prospective and current employees alike. This meant, for us, reinforcing the value that a career at Verizon offers V Teamers, and the incredible support that outshines competitor offerings in the market.
