i started my college career enrolled in pre-med coursework.

after a series of revelations (and being really bad at math) i headed off to art school. at VCUarts I studied to become a scientific/medical illustrator and metalsmith, taking plenty of typography, design, and color theory classes along the way.

post-graduation, I moved home and worked as a hostess for a restaurant and wedding venue. In the first month, I offered to redesign their menus, but ended up rebranding their facility, becoming their graphic designer, and starting my trajectory to becoming an ACD.

i’ve worked at my current agency for 5 years, and in that year have helped to create award winning branding and campaigns, and was honored to win a 40 Under 40 Induction from the NJ Ad Club (thanks y’all!)

Somewhere fun, somewhere I can learn and continue to grow as a mentor and designer. Being a joyful part of an artistic, intelligent community has always been my #1 priority as a professional.
