The Bev’s

Technically, I haven’t either… since the ceremony was outside ;-) But let’s review: in 2025, Faith and Matt turned to me to make their wedding invites, signage, and menus for their big day. It was the greatest honor bestowed on me by a friend in a long time, and entirely too much fun. Of course we had to fully explore a floral theme, given that Terrain is a garden store and a subsidiary of Anthropologie. Making sure we had this loose, hand-drawn style also felt important to me, since Faith and Bev (Matt’s nickname) are about as down to Earth as two humans can possibly be.

This project was a great entry for me into custom stationery and home printing. All menus, place cards, invites, and signage were hand-illustrated in Procreate, then brought into Photoshop for editing. What helped me develop inspiration for the flowers was knowing which colors and species that Faith would have in her bouquet. We also thought it’d be great to spotlight their dog, Torrey, where we could. After a presentation was shared with the couple, and then selections and tweaks were made, I was able to print everything at home vis a vis my inkjet printer and use Cricut to do the rest. The learning curve on this was a little steep, but we were so excited with the output. It was fun to have each guest have their own custom flower and menu, and many guests took them home at the end of the night to remember the day. The biggest congrats and thanks go out to the newlyweds, who trusted me with a huge day and whom I love very much. ♡ ⊹ ࣪ ˖
